1-2 tablespoons Whey or Soy Protein Powder
1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries (can substitute frozen strawberries, mangoes, cherries or peaches for blueberries)
4 oz. coconut water
2 oz. unsweetened almond or soy milk
1 tablespoon organic almond, walnut or pumpkin seed butter
1 tablespoon organic flax oil
Handful of ice
Put all ingredients into a Vitamix or high powered blender. Mix until desired consistency for drinking. If drink is still too thick add filtered water as needed.
Drink and enjoy! Yummy……
